CrossFit East Adelaide coaches are all highly experienced, qualified and passionate coaches who will guide you through your CrossFit journey. Each with their individual coaching styles and specialities they make a great well rounded team.
Owner & Head Coach
Alice is a certified CrossFit instructor and holds a Certificate IV in fitness. She has 8 years experience as a fitness instructor, personal training and yoga instruction. You know you’ll be in safe hands with Alice looking after you.
Alice is also a certified CrossFit Kids Coach and runs cycling specific strength and conditioning programs.
When she’s not at the gym you can find her getting dirty on her mountain bike or smashing kms on her road bike.
Jolien van Golde
Crossfit coach & teens coach
Jolien has done everything from rugby to ballet but only ever got really good at benchpress. She takes a holistic approach to health & fitness with several fitness certificates and a nutrition certificate to her name.
A self described CrossFit addict, in 2018 she was in the Top 200 in Australia and was an Aussie Throwdown Podium Finisher.
She is an avid talker about all things food, dogs & gymnastics so if you’re looking for a quiet day at the gym best not to mention those things.
Coach & PT
Dylan is a certified CrossFit instructor and specialises in Power and Strength training. He has a certificate IV in fitness and a black belt in Tang Soo Do. He lifts weights for fun and has competed in hammer throw, discus and shot put, so you can be sure you’re in capable hands if power and strength training is what you are after.
In his spare time Dylan can be found under the bonnet of a car, cooking or enjoying a refreshing brew.
Rob is our go-to-guy for gymnastics and general movement progressions. He has been training clients for 4 years with a particular focus on people returning from injury or requiring movement correction, as well as pre- during and post-season training for various athletes including soccer and basketball.
Rob has a Certificate IV in Fitness, Neurokinetic Therapy Level 1 certification and has undergone specialist training for running coaching and human movement.
In his spare time Rob likes to savour a craft beer while watching the NBA.
assist. Kids COach
CrossFit Kids coach during the week, kids soccer coach on the weekend - Stefan knows a thing or two about working with kids.
He has a genuine interest in learning about the potential of human body and has a Certificate III in both Personal Training and Massage.
When he’s not coaching kids to be fit and healthy, you’ll find him on the soccer field, down the beach or bouldering.
