Need a little bit of extra help or motivation? One on one training can be a great way to achieve a specific goal or refine your technique. Choose from a single session or regular one on one sessions.

Additional Programming

Additional programming is like extra homework to help you reach your goals faster. We’ll match you up with one of our coaches who will write you a simple program that you can do at home or when you can’t get to the gym. Whether you have an event you want to train for, want to be stronger in a certain area or just can’t get to the gym as often as you’d like - this is great way to keep focussed.

Small Group Yoga & Mobility

For those who want to stay supple and increase flexibility alongside strength, we offer stretching, yoga and mobility for small groups at a time that works for you. Get a group together and book in a time with us. It’s like yoga with buddies, and the more friends you get together, the cheaper it gets!

Sport Specific Coaching

Functional training is an excellent way to compliment your sport specific training regime. Improving your strength overall will make you a better athlete no matter what sport you do.

We can work with you to develop a program to compliment your existing training program.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and teenagers to help them to develop a lifelong love of fitness. CrossFit Kids workouts use functional movements that deliver a general fitness that is broad and inclusive. The sessions are varied to keep the kids interested and are scaleable for participants at any level.
